Does your lack of control stress you out?

Power lies in; acknowledging and accepting where you actually have control, reflecting on where you feel resentments/frustrations/fears in your life (pst you need to feel/identify these because they will help you know where a boundary is needed in your life), deciding what you need to do to take care of yourself, then communicating the boundary with the person and following through on the boundary itself.
